Suresh Pathuri (MSc Biotech,
PgD Clinical Pharmacology, MRQA)
ClinAITech Limited was founded by Suresh Pathuri, a visionary entrepreneur with over 16 years of experience across clinical research, technology, and data innovation. Driven by a passion for intelligent systems and meaningful impact, he leads Clinaitech’s mission to build world-class solutions that transform organisations through automation, analytics, and human-centred AI.
Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Dr. Jimmy Jacob serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at ClinAITech Limited, bringing over a decade of high-impact experience across pharmaceutical strategy, biotech partnerships, commercial intelligence, and scientific leadership.
He holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Oncology from Imperial College London, underpinning a strong scientific foundation with deep commercial acumen. With extensive expertise spanning both scientific research and business strategy, Jimmy plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s global growth trajectory. He leads strategic partnerships, drives commercial expansion, and aligns scientific innovation with market opportunities – ensuring that ClinAITech delivers clinical and regulatory value alongside sustainable business impact.
Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Nandy Thaver serves as Chief Commercial Officer at ClinAITech, where she leads the company’s global commercial strategy, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth initiatives. She is responsible for translating ClinAITech’s AI-driven innovation into scalable market impact, building high-performance commercial functions, and establishing long-term enterprise relationships.
With over 15 years of experience across life sciences, bioinformatics, and healthtech, Nandy has a strong track record of scaling commercial teams, entering new markets, and driving sustainable revenue growth. She has successfully built and led international sales and consulting organisations, guiding businesses from early-stage traction to structured, repeatable growth.
